How do I find my ring size?

Order a free plastic ring sizer and we'll mail it before you buy — it's yours to keep.

When will my order ship?

Each piece is finished after you place it, so most pieces leave the studio in 2 to 3 weeks.

What's your return and resize policy?

Return any in-stock piece within 30 days in its original condition for a full refund. Made-to-order and engraved pieces are final sale.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Take your jewelry off for the gym, the pool and gardening, and store each piece in its own pouch so stones don't scratch one another.

Do you repair pieces that get damaged?

Yes, normal wear is covered free for the first year; after that, we always send a quote first.

Will I get an appraisal for insurance?

Any piece over $500 ships with a signed appraisal listing the metal, stone grades and replacement value.
